This app allows you to track your workouts, record stats, and share your workouts with your friends. It can track the distance you traveled, your speed, heart rate, and the number of calories you have burned. You can keep a training diary to keep track of and analyze your performance. You can also share your workouts with your friends and challenge yourself to beat your friends best performance. The app is similar to the MyFitnessPal app where it lets you scan the barcodes of your food items but this app also gives you a grade for the item based on its nutrition facts. It then gives you alternative choices with higher grades to choose from. The app also gives you a list of “Things To Know” such as products that are high in fiber, good sources of vitamins and low in sugar.
